My sister has been waiting nearly 3 months for the labs to figure out how to do lenses and give her her glasses. She is promised "this week" that she'll get her glasses - but when she calls (because no one can remember to call her unless it's to remind her of a "bill" she needs to pay) either no one knows what's going on or she has to wait another week.
