The front desk staff here are very unprofessional and rude. I’ve tried multiple times to request my before and after pictures, and they kept hanging up on me. I also booked two appointments with Dr. Dawood, and both were cancelled by the office. This has been a very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this cosmetic office — save your money and go somewhere that values their patients and provides better customer service.
