I usually enjoy going to this dentist for my kids but this time I was not told my 6 year olds lip was numb. She had been biting it and now it’s super swollen and has a huge pus bubble on it. When I told them about it they said that they ALWAYS tell everyone they may be numb and to watch it & even said “maybe it was so chaotic in the waiting room you didn’t hear”.
Staff were nice, but scheduling was disappointing. My son needed fillings for teeth bothering him, and the appointment was almost 5 months out. I ended up going back to the Accent Dental in Brentwood, Missouri, (an hour from me) because they had an earlier opening.
Got my son in on an emergency visit same day I called. Assistant was nice and the Dentist was also. Going to be taking my boys here from now on as it’s closer than our current dentist.
Dr Keller And The Anesthesia Department Was Very Attentive With My Son Before And After His Surgery. They Were very Patient And Very Professional.
Always a great experience! My children have been going to this office for years and have always been treated with respect and understanding.
