My experience was more than delightful. We had a dental assistant named Zoe, who exceeded my expectations. My daughter went in for treatment, but was having pain also in another area. Zoe asked questions of my daughter, told her she would do x-rays and also validated her feelings. That meant more to me than the work that was done on my daughters teeth.
