They do their job really really well and everyone’s helpful and understanding. Got my tooth extracted and teeth cleaned. First time in 2 years. Happy that the black parts between my teeth are gone. .
Switched to here after 25+ years at another office. The staff here are compassionate and truly care about their clients. Dr Zhou is kind and to the point. All of the assistants and desk staff I've encountered have been friendly and patient. Would recommend this office to anyone, especially people with high anxiety

The clinic went corporate. The hygienists don't even get you into the room soon enough to get everything done. My last appointment I didn't get to see the dentist as I chose to get as much of the cleaning done as possible. This wasn't the first time this time crunch has happened and I was charged full time every time. This isn't the place it was years ago. Very sad.
Unreliable dental clinic. They cancelled my appointment day of, then tried to re book later in the day, then cancelled again less than an hour prior to appointment when their “servers crashed” first I’ve heard of using servers to clean teeth, I guess they can’t chart with a pen.
