We just had Southern Accents add plantation shutters to windows on the first floor of our house and wood blinds to the second floor windows. It's been a 1 1/2 years since we had shutters installed in our entire house and they still look brand spanking new! We found the staff to be professional and kind! We love them!

Apparently if they perceive you as a b****, you’ll be up-charged so they can stick it to you. Find someone trustworthy that enjoys their job.
Very unprofessional and apparently up charges customers at will.
From the looks of a sticky note left on a customers order papers that was left behind (already posted) they need to be more professional.
This company is unprofessional, and will not be getting my business. Such a shame that the owner and his wife take advantage of their clients.
