I have lived in Spring Hill for the past 21 years and only use Accent Carpet for all my flooring needs. I have flipped a dozen or so houses and own many rental homes. If you want a quality job and fair pricing, this is the only flooring company I recommend. MP
Poor customer service, will take my business elsewhere.
We had a great experience with Accent, with a couple issues. Mike was great and took the time over 2 months to help us get close to what we were replacing. The install went well, but then when I noticed some things that needed to be corrected; not enough grout and some chaulking , is when their was communication issues. In the end Joe, Mike, and the rest of the team kept working to make everything 100%. I walked into the showroom and asked for a piece of quarter round trim to match my flooring (that l absolutely love) that was installed by Accent five years ago. Joe was doubtful, but after a trip to check available stock, he returned with the requested piece so that l can make the repairs.
