I would highly recommend this company. After three months trying to deal with Lowe's I gave up and I contacted Accent Carpet. The next day they had the contractor at the house to measure for hardwood floors and tile. The contractor came out the day after and began the installation. This was a large job and it took one week. In addition, it was after the hurricane and I thought I would never be able to find a local company to repair my home.
