These guys were great, in and out for my oil change.
Very friendly service. Great communication, they take pictures and video and send them to you during diagnosis, then you get an itemized quote for your approval. You can approve some or all of the work. No pressure for extra things you dont need. They also have Affirm, so if you need help paying the bill, with approval, you can finance it. If you need auto service in South Austin, highly recommend. Great place.
I took my car in for transmission service and was very impressed with the degree of great customer service I received. Eddy was knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the service approach (photos included). He provided a timeframe for the repairs that he solidly met. It's nice to have found a honest and trustworthy mechanic.
