Really good place
Beautiful aluminium windows and doors. From the quotation to the install, staff were professional, responsive and very accommodating. They look great, and are well installed. Saj did a great job of the architraves and carpentary. Even the painters commented on the well mitred corners.

Amazing process, immaculate installation
After paying Accent Windows $6500, for removal of existing and new bifolds, I was told to complete the framing under the sill, clean the doors (they were putrid), the doors didn't open as the sill was bowed, the door opening height was non compliant (very low and I was never told of this issue prior -would have been easy to fix originally), and the caulking had gaps. I have had 4 inspections and now waiting for the 3rd reinstall 4 months later. They refused to make the door height compliant. They are rubbish, don't go there.... read more
