They had my referral fir months and never called to make an appointment. When I called them I wasn't able to get an answer. Left voice-mail and they never returned my calls. So I had to go somewhere else for help.
My fiance had a horrible experience here, and recieved no treatment. The office is still trying to stick her with a near $300 medical bill for no services rendered. Would not recommend this office.
Today, after a long string of poor experiences here I decided to discontinue my very short treatment at Accent. I’d also like to add that this is the first poor review I’ve ever left for any business, but my experience here was so bad that I wanted to let potential patrons know before wasting time here. I just wanted to get SLIT immunotherapy here; this is administered by me at home, which I thought should have been a minimal effort on the part of the staff.
