Product seems to be a good solution. But only at a first view. So many features are not consuquently developed. The "premium support" answers all your requests just with "What you have found is a current limit of Accelo". I don't know who many "limits" we have found while trying to implement accelo. Beside the missing features we have discovered during sales phase. Same for the API. everywhere only fragements developed, unusable if you properly want to integrate something.
