Hired Ken to do weekly lawn care on my rental property in which I live 1700 miles away from. Ken took advantage of the fact that I didn't live in the area, so he stopped showing up. I decided not to tell him that I was coming to visit the property and I showed up to my lawn looking TERRIBLE, I waited almost two weeks and he never showed. I called and made arrangements to have a technician come to my home the following Monday for an estimate for grass cutting and pool maintenance. I waited all day and he/she never showed up, or bothered to call.
