I went there on Feb 1, 2026. The doctor didn't have a name tag and didn't introduce himself. I went in for a laceration on the base of my thumb. The doctor glued the laceration closed and put on steri strips. After 2 weeks of my keeping the wound closed with bandaids, I finally went to another Urgent Care to ask for stitches. Luckily, at this 2nd Urgent Care, I was fortunate enough to see an experienced doctor (he even gave me his name!). Horrible do not ever come here, it’s so unbelievably slow. Dr does not do anything either
Went at a later time so it was not busy but response time was average. I can say all the staff that day from reception to nurse practitioner were all prepared and educated on situations. Would recommend. They took my MediCal insurance too so that was a plus!
Excellent service, staff over the phone were soooo helpful when handling a situation for my daughter and the doctors there were very understanding and went over and beyond! Thank you so much.
