I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care with my 5-year-old daughter. We came in because she has been having recurring stomach pain, frequent trips to the bathroom, and had recently had a fever. After her urine test, the doctor said it didn’t indicate a UTI but prescribed antibiotics anyway “just in case.” During the visit, the doctor asked if I had checked my daughter’s vagina because “sometimes something gets stuck up there.” While I understand questions like this can sometimes be medically relevant, the w... read more
Today I went in and the front desk staff is great but the I highly do not recommend the dr here. I went for pain in my head and explained every detail and all he said was “I don’t know” and laughed and prescribed ibuprofen. I went to get evaluated at the emergency and the dr immediately found what was wrong. I wasn’t taken seriously and that’s unprofessional.
DO NOT give them your debit card! They will be taking what you owe or forcing you into a payment plan wether you have the money or not!
Called on 7/5, ear infection. The automated system said no same-day appointments were available but walk-ins were welcome. Went in around 2:30 pm. The place was not very busy, perhaps half-dozen other people. I really liked they had an online option to complete check-in forms. Made the process a lot easier. Everyone was kind and professional.
