They just need money and nothing to do. I had intense knee pain, NP came and after explaining and urging that I should get X-ray, they did but said the result will come in few hours and they will let you know the next step. They didn’t take a look no examination. No medicine…don’t know what the facility is for? Just taking hard earned money of the peoples. Only I get call later on that X-ray came out negative , nothing about my pain. When I asked what should I do, lady rudely said I dont know, doctor on lunch and that’s all ... read more
You can tell the front desk staff hate their job. They are so rude. They will not make eye contact when you are standing in line because they don't want to help you. When they finally do help you, they are short and sassy. Would not recommend at any time... go to another urgent care or the ER before considering this place
No point in making an appointment you're still going to wait 2 hours to be seen.
Wait is okay , there very friendly
Waiting is terrible at night times, so slow, like intensely slow.
