Very rude. Will hang up in your face mid sentence. Only wanted to ask for a referral of who could help with my issue since Nemo stated this office doesn't do so. Nemo didn't even give me a chance to speak just hung up on me. I would not recommend doing business with a company who is this rude and unprofessional.
