We moved into a new build house in 2019 where this company installed and warrantied the HVAC. They were difficult to get ahold of and when they would come out they would go into the attic to look at the unit and then come downstairs within a matter of minutes and blame our AC unit going out, drip pan flooding with water, Freon leaking on the newly changed filters.
