i was with this company for about 2-3 years. i have to admit that when i called to cancel. they made me feel that by canceling was a bad idea. the guy i spoke to told me that he thinks that i was canceling because a friend of mines canceled also so thats the reason i also wanted to cancel. i told him i didnt know that my friend had canceled her agreement with them. the aggression in his voice really made me feel like wow because i want to cancel now you trying to talk to me all kind of way. i was really ****** off and what r... read more

We asked why she wanted to terminate services and offered options to work with Ms. ******* but she declined and refused to provide any reason for canceling. We had already settled 4 of her accounts, each with better than a 50% savings. To clarify, there is no penalty for canceling. There is a provision in our contract that states that our fee will still apply to any accounts that are settled within 12 months of termination. Wow. I am SO glad I did this. At first, I wasn't sure about this as you hear so many bad experiences with debt consolidation companies but this one is the real deal. i am usually leary about these consoldiation companies. But this has truly been a great experience with this company. this has improved my credit. they always kept me informed on my credit card companies, what they have paid off and my balances. I can go online and look at my payments and what has been paid. a great company. i hope i don't have to use them again but if i needed to i surely would.
