They are a joke period just caused me to sleep 24 hrs a day by putting me on way to much gabapentin
Dr. Raskas is amazing but his staff are incompetent. He wanted me to have ct myelogram and I ask med tech who says he talked to Dr and nothing. I also asked lady at front desk to call me about the test and "cricket's #. Why didn't they ask me about follow up like 99% staff at other Dr offices do. Dr. Raskas you need to talk to you staffaboutcustomer service I'm a nurse and I know about customer service but I guess some ppl just don't care or they are clueless how to do their jobs!!!
I came here for almost a year and half after my accident and it took that long to finally got a diagnosis but no treatment. It took several days of appointments. Always felt like I was a problem to them.
