The customer service was wonderful and everything was explained to me in a manner I understood. The video included to actually show my car and extra services that need to be done, and to be able to add them on to the current service is such a wonderful addition to the whole experience, one which I've never received at any other mechanic, with any car I've owned.
Great customer service, mainly because of the ability to communicate electronically. Transparent pricing and clear explanations of what was required. The electronic quoting and accepting system is particularly good. Plus Accelerate Automotive agreed to receive my car off a flatbed truck and kept it for 3 weeks.
Good team. Friendly. The video update and online price list for showing items needing repair/replace throughout service is very helpful. Coffee is good too.
The reviews don't lie - I decided to try Accelerate when I had an issue with my Audi based on the reviews online. I was not disappointed. The communication is excellent and the process was very transparent and efficient. I received a link on my phone with a video explaining the result of the diagnostic and a button to click to authorise the work required complete with cost.
