accelerated review Not sure what happen to my first 1 star review last week. But now I have an update; my 91 OBS is home. I was able to end this journey with the help of a tow truck. Had an extremely frustrating experience. After purchasing my truck in January, I never received license plates. After 8 months of back and forth without resolution I filed a complaint with the DMV. Turns out my truck had been previously stolen, had the wrong VIN number, etc. At no point did anyone communicate with me. This issue is still not resolved. Don't do business with these folks - I wish I hadn't.
Bought a 2013 Tesla from AAG. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Save your time and money and go someplace that's not going to lie to you. If it's not in writing, don't believe them. I've already sold the vehicle and just because I was honest about the lack of free super charging and other issues I was out several thousand bucks. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!
Had terrible experience with this dealership. Was interested in a SL Mercedes Benz 500 they advertised on. line. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive, the radio was out and parts were all over the floor and the car was on a lift, so I couldn’t test drive it. The salesman, Christian, was inexperience, and when I asked him had the car been in any accidents, he replied no, and showed me the car fax, which also indicated it had no accidents, with 3 owners. Good vehicle, arrived late, sales person I dealt with was not good, never provided updates I had to reach out each time. Website said it had something with the vehicle and when it arrived, it did not have it. They won’t correct the issue.
