Not only was this my first visit with Nadine, but it was my first experience with osteopathy. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. I have chronic pain in my lower back and I was afraid how much this might hurt me. Nadine sat and we talked about everything. She asked questions very easy to talk to, and she put my mind at ease as to the pain in my back. I brought a friend with me who couldn’t believe the change in my posture just from the first session needless to say I have booked again next week.
