We had a great experience! They worked with me to get us scheduled as soon as possible on a day that worked for me. The young man who came out to do the service was incredibly friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend.
Just got done with my first treatment from this company. I can't compliment them enough! Robby was super thorough, went through and explained exactly what the chemicals he was using did (and their names!), and double checked his work to make sure nothing was missed. Kudos! Thanks Robby!
I would give them minus, but that is not offered. I was scheduled a next day terminate bait appointment. I was quoted a time frame of 2-4. Than received a call around 3 stating my tech would be here at 4:25, tech arrived at 4:47 per my ring camera. Tech broke several bait stations, didn’t even put one in. Than I watched him state that he completed the appointment , but I watched him on my ring camera still doing the work almost 30 minutes later. Accel Pest Control is the best. We’ve worked with Quentin a few times and he’s always professional and extremely helpful. He genuinely cares for the customer and I can promise you you will feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Really happy with my first experiences with Accel. Found a note about them on NextDoor. Scheduled an estimate visit. Brandon came out, we signed up electronically and the next day Brian came out for the first treatment. Excellent customer experience. PS. I’m not sharing Brian with anyone else. lol!
