Was at Stagecoach in Lockport, IL and played the older machine with Wildlife. Put $20 in a machine after playing around $100 already. Machine did not register my $20, took it and nothing came up. Called them and a technician came out and told me it doesn’t say I put it in. I said “yeah, I said it didn’t register”. He told me I have to fill out a form, they check the cameras and it will take around a MONTH to get $20. Absolutely wild. Technician was a nice guy but I will never be playing those slots again, and it’s my hometown bar. Horrible company.
Interviewed for this place had 2 interviews actually was told that I basically had the job and they just had to start the paperwork and then they just ghosted me absolutely unbelievable I don't care if you go with another candidate but saying I'd have the job and then ghosting me is insanely unprofessional I can only imagine how everything else is ran if that's the hiring process
AE slots are honest I only play two games two different machines and they will hurt you but at least its honest because the same two games same two slot machines at Gold Rush Gaming is COMPLETELY different i did my own research and it cost me very bad but I promise you AE is wayy better than Gold Rush Gaming ...
Update: After speaking with a relationship manager this has been addressed and taken care of..........I won a gift card from Kohls twice. One time it worked fine, the other time the card said it had already been used. I called to advise them, I don't think they believed me and said they would look into it and get back with me, they never did. Update: they asked me to send them an email regarding this matter...I did 6 days ago, and still nothing........
