One of Accel’s slot machines at a restaurant in homewood IL had malfunctioned. I put my money in, pressed my bid, and then from there the machine just started spinning on its own. It ate my money and just kept spinning for me!!! I urged them to check the cameras too so they could see what happened and know I was not just making this up. The tech was zero help. People who work are accel are pretty cool but this is the type of management they have working there so fyi in case you want to become an employee or vendor. also I had to call the state to get my last check.
