Trash payouts. Absolutely the worst chance of winning. Most these distributors of "skill" games are complete greedy scammers and should fell ashamed for these machines. If I could leave a zero star review I would. Usually play after work at the Diamond Gas & Wash. Had a machine malfunction the second a bonus was hit. Ok, fine. Things happen and they can’t control that… But then I call the number and I’m told 30 mins. This was 1:30. Then I call back around 2:10 and I’m told the tech assigned won’t be leaving his location (was given the name of the town he left) and how long until he was here, which was supposed to be around 3:20. One of Accel’s slot machines at a restaurant in homewood IL had malfunctioned. I put my money in, pressed my bid, and then from there the machine just started spinning on its own. It ate my money and just kept spinning for me!!! I urged them to check the cameras too so they could see what happened and know I was not just making this up. The tech was zero help. People who work are accel are pretty cool but this is the type of management they have working there so fyi in case you want to become an employee or vendor. also I had to call the state to get my last check.
