Will rip you beginning to end with so called parts and labor.even if you have your own! When you pick your car up so be aware! You get quoted a price then it changes at the end with an excuse of how they get by with doing a lot less job for a lot more money job that was not part of the original agreement. No negotiation with them in the end either! Beyond disappointed!
Did not put on the part that was agreed on and then charged me more to do so …just because I could return my part and get a refund. He said it took two hours but the mechanic said less than 30 minutes since they never put the part on! He still charged me on how much it would have cost if he had put the part on but never did!!! I should have been called to explain what was going on and how much I would have been charged BEFORE it was done ( or not done in this case ). And still be charged more??? After using & discarding a number of local auto repair businesses in Richmond, over a period of 20 years, found Accel Auto Care. They are honest, trustworthy and customer service-oriented. Have frequented the business for 10+ years, and have watched the owner, John Friend, call his sources to find the best price on parts, not just for me & my family, but every customer who comes to his shop. My family wouldn't trust our vehicles to anyone else!
He fixed my car, but he ripped me off big time and almost ripped me off even bigger, had I not have ordered my part from someone else. They tried to charge me $350 for a part that my father in law found for $65. They WILL scam you with parts and labor. They charged me over $200 for labor that didn't even take more than a couple hours. Go somewhere else. Anywhere but here. I will NEVER go back there again.
Professional 100% You can trust and know your vehicle will be fixed right the first time. The ASE mechanics at Accel Auto Care has my vote all the way. One class act ! Thank you for everything ! Richmond Ky is very lucky to have such a great shop.
