We had a good experience with ACCEL. The office was overheated and the PM called a company that was not able to diagnose the issue and then called in renforcments. When ACCEL arrived they asked a couple of questions and then went to the roof and quickly found the problem. While the part was not in stock they were able temporarily resolve the cooling issue and schedule a time to come back to finish the repairs. THANK YOU!!!

Horrible business without doing anything they charged $560.00 . Air conditioner they installed in my business couple of years ago. It stopped working a month ago. Motor for the fan was not working , someone came and took a look at it and said old motor is not going to work anymore and sent an estimate of $3200 dollars that was not even included their diagnostic fee, which is $560.
