Great customer service is hard to come by, but you will find it here! I am very happy that I came across Accardi Clinical Pharmacy. They went above and beyond compounding my dog Tesla's medicine. Dr. Accardi was extremely knowledgeable and concerned. He even flavored the medicine which made it 10xs easier to give it to my dog. I couldn't be more thankful to him and his staff. They were extremely nice and you could tell that they care about quality. Nice to have a pharmacy you can trust.
Very sad about the very poor customer service that our family received there this week. We were told that a product could be returned by two different staff. They have denied telling my husband it could be returned. It's a shame when a family is faced with the difficulty of a loved one becoming totally diabled after a stroke, that you can't use and support the local economy in buying the many needs to handicap your home.
