I spoke with Karen trying to get information regarding my prescription and she was the worst customer service representative I've ever talked to. Her attitude was beyond despicable. She put me on hold mid sentence when I asked about the price breakdown and when I asked to speak with a manager, the Spanish woman who answered was even nastier. SMH
This pharmacy was fine until today. The app kept sending countless pop-ups saying my medication was ready. I finally rushed over, parked in the ridiculously tight garage, only to be told it wasn’t ready and that I’d need to wait another 30 minutes. The manager was rude and said if I didn’t pick it up within a week, they’d put it back. No deadline was given in the app. Even after showing them the messages, they didn’t care.
