One of the worse experiences in my years working as a mortgage underwriter. The management treats employees terrible and the company has a very high turnover rate. I would never recommend this company to any former co-worker. The CEO will go on these sites and do reviews out of desperation because the scores are very low. Need a severe management overhaul especially in the underwriting department.

10 minutes agoNEW-Edit Pros - First off, ACC is everything they say they are in terms of being non traditional lenders who are able to navigate unconventional circumstances. In our case, my fiance (who is RN) had a change in job status where she accepted a per diem role. We were working with a traditional lender, but unbeknownst to us the change from a full time RN role to per diem resulted in an inability for the lender to finalize the loan. If there were no stars as a choice...ACC would deserve them. If you are a realtor and you see that someone wants to use ACC Mortgage...Run!...Don't walk Run!. Needless delays...Zero communication and always waiting on "one more thing". Terrible terrible terrible.
