My 87 mother was recently transported from Lexington, KY to Panama City, FL. She was released from the hospital after having a stroke. Our experience was excellent and organized from the very beginning. D’Angelo, Jamie and Andrea were so great to communicate with us regularly throughout the trip. They made my mother feel at ease and made me feel comfortable that she was in great hands. I highly recommend them.
I hired ACC Medlink to transport my Mom and me from New Jersey to Florida. Curtis, Anthony and Linda took superb care of us and made a difficult journey so much easier than I expected. They were thoughtful and courteous and Linda has such a wonderful bedside manner. Linda also helped me with excellent advise on how to care for my Mom once we got home. I highly recommend ACC Medlink and this team in particular!
They were able to comfortably transport my mom in an 8in memory foam gurney. Upon arrival at the rehabilitation skilled nursing facility they even commented on the thickness of the gurney. The van was very spacious, and they accommodated my 4.5 yo son to ride along in his booster seat in one of two captains chairs, and for me to be in the padded gurney next to the patient (my mom). The drivers and nurse were excellent, friendly, and fantastic with a 4.5 yo. All meals were covered during the 10hr trip.
