Highly recommend Emily, the nurse professional, and drivers Jomo and Rosalba (Rose) for providing transport to my husband from Mesa, Arizona to Fort Worth, Texas. They were conscientious, careful and took excellent care of him during the long trip.
I contracted ACC to drive my mom and myself from Florida to North Carolina and my experience was exceptional. Beginning with Shannon who arranged our transportation and kept in contact with me even when my mom was unexpectedly hospitalized and we had to reschedule she was empathetic and organized and got us quickly rescheduled as soon as my mom was discharged. These people are the very worst of humanity. Took $5,000 dollars from our parents to transport our sickly family member, then refused to refund any portion of it the very next day when his health turned to a point that he couldn’t travel. He passed away 2 days later. When I called to ask for an amicable resolution, they shut me down completely and claimed some e-signed agreement technicality.
