We've had 3 property managers since I moved in back in October of 24. The company can't keep them because they hire people who think everything there told to do is legal. The call you a liar even if you show them legal proof that the company is having them do illegal things. They take forever to repair things and than only if they absolutely have no chose. Move in June 2025 Faulty refrigerator since move in. Leasing office is basically stating I'm lying & Bosewll tech. is not locating a problem. Receptionist, x120 Oshkosh,WI had to screen calls & your not able to speaks to Chris & Heather Hands, Justin, Jeff. I've called ACC Property Mgmt during office hours. Cortney, recot. is screening my calls. Wasting & discarding of foods still effective June 11, 2026.I called & left message before Mother's day. Food was damaged in frig & freezer. Absolutely horrible experience w this co! I’d recommend everyone run far & fast if you see ACC Management Group LLC on anything. They have created so many barriers to housing for me that it is criminal. Very unethical co. All bad reviews are right & accurate. They do not follow fed, state & county housing laws. They are unreachable too. Call you & leave no way to get ahold of them. You have to search for their email. It’s actually scary how on earth are they still in business??!
Treat their tenants like prisoners. they need to give hand books to all tenants.
Jefferson apartments We have not had a steady manager since I moved in 3 years ago. Laundry card machine was broke and it took 6-7 months to replace it. During that time we were not able to use the on-site machines. Going to the laundromat was not easy for someone that is a senior and disabled. There’s been a “leak” outside my door for months meaning a wet puddle on the carpet. Maintenance could not find the source and at one point told me it was intentional!
