Long story short. Instead of installing spacers to lift my suspension as we planned when I dropped off my Lexus LX570 they did an AHC lift without asking me. Charged me over $500 for that service as well. When I let them know that is not what I wanted since I had done a sensor lift myself and the ride was incredibly stiff they convinced me how this is a “special” sensor lift that isn’t done by just adjusting 10mm bolts, the ride will be the same, and saying spacers cannot be done. love this place needed a repair, was able to work out the needs, expected cost, and an appointment brought our 1997 Landcruiser in for a repair. the repair was perfect, but in addition, at no additional, cost they checked out the car in general and made simple suggestions for thoughts for the future. process was professional and easy they earned the high praise. happy holidays richard
