Our 2024 MB was hit by a driver who initially explained that he would pay cash for the repair. Since MB Collision was part of the trusted dealership we brought it in for an estimate. After the estimate was received the other driver decided to go through insurance (most likely due to the price). Despite multiple calls we were unable to get the MB collision center to engage with the insurance company. I personally called the manager and never received a call back. Thank God we met David Bennett…stress after stress & then of course someone hits our parked 2023 MB~. Even though other cars in the center had way more damage, David from the get go made us feel just as important & was confident they could handle everything in a timely manner. He’s just awesome & trustworthy. Car looks great.
Customer service and communication is worse. They don’t care about the customer. The car was left dirty after 3 weeks in the collision center, they didn’t even charge the car. Overall, I had a bad experience from this place.
Dennis is great and the whole team are very responsive and great customer service
