Couldnt open an 20 years old MB fob to replace the battery. They fixed key battery problem in 5 minutes and didn't charge
I had the most disappointing experience at this place, if you value your money and your time don’t bring your vehicle here. First the communication is horrible, 23 days with no updates on my car until I called. And called for several days with no answer. Let voicemails and nothing. On top of that I got charge $1200 because apparently the insurance didn’t cover original parts. When the insurance adjuster did the quote with the same provider and the cost for parts were the same. Be very careful before using this body shop – Atlanta Classic Cars Collision Center owned by Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast. They come across as very smooth talkers at first, but later you may find yourself stuck with unexpected charges. I left my Mercedes for body repair about three weeks ago. On the first visit, they were very welcoming and assured me that they had great relations with my insurance company (Progressive).
