Dropped my printer off in August and was promised it would be repaired for free since I just had it in the shop. It’s now October I’ve been sent a quote for 100 to fix it which is fine. Still haven’t received my printer or response from their admin team. Not having my back a printer is negatively affecting my ability to provide for my children as I rely on my printer for work and I take this personally.
“Yeah go head” is how they answer the phone here. Crazy right!?! I’m actually laughing as I write this review because I don’t understand how someone can stay in business with that kind of customer service. The rude introduction was followed up with a $65 diagnostic fee. I explained to them that I simply need a new laptop screen. “Doesn’t matter buddy, always a $65 diagnostic fee”. There’s nothing to diagnose. Lol.
