I have had my new car alittle over a year when I was t-boned on the drivers side. I was taken care of from day one from getting the rental car , from me calling just about every other day to see how things were coming along. They were always very nice and polite over the phone and in person when I went down because I had forgotten something in the car. The care and expertise they show was fantastic. My car looks great.
I just bought a new car and it only took a few months before someone texting while driving decided to rear end me. It's not often you walk into a body shop under these circumstances and find yourself pleasantly happy upon leaving. The service at the shop was courteous and knowledgeable about the whole process. I was able to drop off my vehicle, pick up a rental, and handle paperwork in time for my morning meetings. Rito (Very helpful) was great..! Over the years, my family and I have used Automobile Collision Center to repair our SUV on three separate incidents. Two of those accidents were caused by uninsured drivers and the third by our neighbor. Our poor SUV! But, each time Automobile Collision Center fixed the car like new. Even the door handle feels better when opening it, and some of the nicks and imperfections that weren't in the insurance report were fixed too. I live in Fremont, but brought my car to ACC Auto Collision for Repair in Newark. I had been in an accident on the way to work and ACC was so fast and organized they had me in a rental car and on my way to work in a matter of minutes even though I was still recounting my crazy story on how I got into an accident. I dropped my car on a Weds and even though my front end required new parts/paint, they had the car ready for pick up first thing Saturday morning. AUTO COLLISION CENTER Express Repair is really an express service center with GEICO because they did an excellent job on the car in just 2 days ; it was hassle free and very convenient. My car loooks new and the personnel were so professional.i'm so glad that they did an excellent super fast job with 5 star results, hassle free, convenient and express, the way i want it.
