This company has to be one of the worst pharmacy company on earth. When you call the rep. are from overseas not knowledgeable of your language not able to comprehend or read information on your account but unable to verify your information as well. When they mess it up and you request a manager how crazy is it someone without a language barrier comes to the line. This company needs to be reported to the attorney general office and no longer be in service.

They are very mismanaged and as a result incompetent. All calls go offshore and the connections are horrible. I had a prescription that needed to renewed and the prescription was sent by the doctor to my everyday pharmacy. All they had to do was call the pharmacy and transfer it over. I have been waiting on receving my much needed medication for a month now. I had to call and tell them how to file with my insurance to get the order filled. Now they have told me they would overnight the package and it would be delivered tuesday. It never arrived because they didnt get it shipped out in time. They rescheduled shipment for Wednesday and again they did not ship it out. I called and asked for a manager. Foreign representatives. No actual understanding of regulations and rules. Generic medication was quoted at 9k(yes) dollars without insurance. When Walmart lists at $50 without insurance. So check pricing across before sending anything here.

Horrible specialty pharmacy with horrible customer service. They delayed my much-needed medication due to frivolous reasons. I would avoid this pharmacy if possible and choose another one.
