I am not one for reviews usually but mother of god this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. My life is unlivable without my medication and they are so uncoordinated that they said my prescription was delivered just for it to not be delivered and them tell me they require information that was already sent to them and they even said THEY RECEIVED IT. Every time you call them it’s a new person with a new reason why it hasn’t happened

I have a Crohn's flare-up & Ulcerative Colitis which has been getting worse no matter what I do. AcariaHealth is the only mail order pharmacy my insurance uses. Prior Authorization was submitted 6 months ago; Humera has yet to be shipped to me, as my symptoms worsen. AcariaHealth has committed fraud with avoidance tactics until the new Healthcare legislation was enacted this January, therefore allowing them to deny my claim. If it was humanly possible to give this group less than 1 star, I would. I have spent on average 3 to 4 hours on the phone with Acaria Health trying to get my prescription for Crohn's Disease. As it happens, the customer service team would only provide a single step of the process at a time to get it approved, which I had to manually conduct between my Prescribing Doctor, my Insurance Agency, and Acaria.
