Best beer bar in Belmont Shore – I I just hope the new owner doesn't change things too much. I used to live there in the late 50s and early 60s. Met lots of girls and drank lots of Coors. Do they still have the Dollar Drown. I even tended bar ocasionally. Maybe i'll return this summer. Coop
AI.... – Aloha, I am one of the new owners to AI. And we will be doing some changes to the Old AI within the year. In the past they had only accepted "cash only", but with the service of an ATM machine present. Since the change of ownership we do now accept credit cards. Just wait for the remodeling... but it will still be one of the local bars...
Me and my buddies only go here for cheap beer and to shoot pool, so if you like drinking beer and shooting pool and don't like yankee doodles like me, then the A.I. is the place for you.
Great dive bar – Only beer is served, no hard alcohol. 3 pool tables and a great college bar. Very old and is the perfect example of a dive bar. Check it out.
Ignore the outdated decor and join the locals in a game of pool and a cold pitcher of brew. – In Short Despite the name, the Acapulco Inn is exactly the opposite of a tropical island. The walls are painted a deep dark brown, and dangling from the ceiling is a snow ski, a bike and an orange cone, all covered in a thick layer of dust. Despite the well-worn interior, the place is usually packed. The few pool tables here are always occupied and the jukebox churns out song after song. They only serve only beer, no alcohol.
If you have to... – If you have to go to ai, go on the weekend because during the week you might meet the owner who is a drunk and a jerk- weekends are fun though.
Always fun at AI's – AI's is the best DIVE BAR ever!! Don't expect much, but to have a great time.
