Busted. Trouble with booking through 3rd party... Told breakfast included and wasn't. Had to ask for housekeeping in the afternoon... Still waiting after 5hrs for someone to come fix our tv remote. Great location... Terrible customer service and guest support. Looking for a new place to stay next time.
