Sounds like nothing has changed, I lived there back in 2006 I actually feel though the floor on my back porch and they still took 6 months to fix , if you want to call putting a piece of plywood on top of the hole fixing, and I left the apartment i lived in clean, even hired professionals to clean, to this day have yet to receive any of my deposit back, DONT RENT FROM HERE ,you will regret it!!!!
DO NOT rent here: the team ignores communication, acts shady, and is a pain to deal with. We moved almost three months ago and have not yet received our security deposit!! Renter beware!
