I have a wound and an ileostomy. My ileostomy area was badly inflamed. Laura and her staff took the time to change everything for me and explain how i should be doing changes. I went from crying to happy real fast. It's so nice to have a care team care as much as WOW does. As for the wound, she is amazing, and my surgeon loves that i go here because they keep him informed every step of the way. I can't express enough how happy i am that I found this place.
Although I am not a patient of Acadiana WOW I do work closely with the team and I can tell you that they are a professional and compassionate group of highly educated medical providers. Laura Kaiser and her team are some of the most impressive wound care professionals in Louisiana and have specialty licensure in wound care and ostomy.
