So far as I am concerned, this office is run by thieves and liars. It's been over 3 months since they were paid and I still do not have glasses. The incompetence is from the top to the bottom. For three months messages have been ignored, calls never returned, repeated excuses given, glasses not ordered, and when I demanded a refund, I was refused.
