They come get you yes, but if my appointments at 7:30 when they open they come an hour before or when it’s done they come an hour after my appointment is done. One time they came get me 2 hours before my appointment and didn’t come till almost two hours after I called them. I’m pregnant, it’s cold as hell in the morning or hot during the day, why is it transportation if we gotta be hours early or wait for an hour. Shouldn’t they be in the area waiting?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. An as for the SUPERVISOR MIKE , don’t complain to him bc he will avoid saying sorry. He said sorry one time long after hearing my frustration. Instead of right away. He tried to justify accepting my pick up time for 4:25 am , KNOWING they don’t open until 5:30 am . My appointment was for 5:30 am . Saying that an AUTO SYSTEM CONTACTED ME twice , and I confirmed my ride . When I spoke to nobody. LIKE how I confirmed a ride but never talk to nobody? Also saying that they do that all the time . Van almost rear ended me then sped off was trying to catch up to get the number on the van and the driver was doing over 60 mph in a 45mph while texting on the phone so van number 48 you need a new job
