Dr. Bellard and his staff are professional and efficient with their services. When your appointment is scheduled for 4:10 you are seen at 4:10 or before. I have never seen a doctor who is so consistently prompt. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, even when I had to cancel an appointment. Thanks.
