Walked in to get a watch authenticated before sending it out for service. They were more than accommodating looked over it and even managed to fix my issue with my watch saving me the $800 in service cost. Highly recommend. my new go too for sure.

I went into the store today thinking it was a jewelry store - I needed to have a necklace untangled. The guys there explained that they are not a jewelry store- they buy and sell gold and silver and gave me some good information on gold & silver prices. They were so nice and knowledgeable and they untangled my necklace for me- even though not their job -and they did it for FREE!! Great guys and great service
