Mobile Recall service Onsite job at residence. Fix done, Tech was efficient, professional & expedient.
Service was well done. Ablle to bring it in on the same day with out making an appointment for maintenance items. Two issues keep it from being 5 star. 1 they noted an item that requires attention on the auto report but did not bring it to my attention at the dealership. I would had it taken care of that day. 2. I called and left a message for the service manager and he did not return my call.
Acadiana Dodge provides Great service for your vehicles. The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Service department is corrupt and incompetent. Charge 2x what the part costs buying from parts counter. Service advisor was terrible at communication. Called a seat belt “restraint module” to deceive about the nature of the repair. Pressure you to leave the car for 48 hours for a simple routine scheduled repair. Parts department led by Brent Jagneax is incompetent. There is a parts shortage and flywheels for Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sports. People cannot fix their transmissions, but Brent refuses to return even with a restock... read more
