Poor customer service. Driver was incompetent, lost, 45 minutes late. Business did not reach out to remedy or apologize. After my initiation of contact 48 hours after occurrence, we were told no refund would be given, even though they acknowledged and agreed with our complaint. Would give ZERO stars if it was an option Save yourself the stress and choose another business
Could not be more displeased in the service and accountability of this company. They really screwed up on our daughter’s wedding day.
Rented a 25 passenger limo bus for our kids Homecoming. Tony was our driver. He called me the day before to touch base and make sure I had his number. The limo bus was fantastic - clean and the kids loved the lights and speaker system! Everyone had a fantastic time and didn’t want the night to end! Thanks to Tony for safely transporting a bunch of loud teens for HOCO!
Our driver was fun and easy going. He made sure the kids had a great time! We will be renting again!
Tony was one of the best drivers I have ever experienced, he was nice and professional and courteous! Thank you Tony!
