Called the shop to see if I can get my engined timed. Guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and laughed at me. If I could give 0/10 I would. Terrible customer service. Said that “we don’t work on cars other people have worked on” which is the stupidest thing to say. Every car you work on has had other hands working on them. The arrogance is unbelievable.
Very knowledgeable from the call to make the appointment throughout the whole repair process….Wish I could give them more than 5 ⭐️…. If you want honesty, professionalism, fair prices, and superb customer service definitely schedule with them for your diagnosis and repairs.
