Never recommend services Acadian Tree Service, owned by Jack Newsom, 1921 127th Avenue, Milan, IL 61264, 309-756-0774 (O), 309-266-0529 (C), was contracted to remove trees and stumps from two properties. The contract was signed 04-Sept. 2013. He removed the trees and stumps on one property and all the trees and all but 2 stumps on another property.
