I just want to say that Ms. Beth is simply amazing‼️ She is always on the go around the apartment complex handling everything hands on. She makes sure everything is handled in an efficient manner without any wait time. We have never had anyone like her. She genuinely cares. She knows us by name. She speaks to all of us daily. She checks on us daily. Yet she respectfully does her job effectively. Ms. Beth is just a pure blessing to Acadian Place Apartments and it’s community of tenants.
When my mom and I first moved here I was scared because I had never lived in Baton Rouge before. However, after getting here and meeting Mrs. Beth and the other people that lived in the complex, I realized that this is an amazing place with very nice people here. Everyday Mrs. Beth speaks to me and asks how my day was and how my mom is doing being that she has health issues and sometimes is not well. I absolutely love being here at Acadian Place it’s a wonderful quiet place to live. The neighbors are so friendly and nice. The apartments are so spacious and cozy. I love that the apartment manager Beth is soooo super sweet and kind. She is always in her office or on the property assisting someone with a need or request. Acadian Place Apartments are a phenomenal place to reside and live. Mrs. Beth is truly an angel and heaven sent. she is efficient and very hands on when it comes to us the tenants. she does not view us as just us number but as a community. Her response time is quick and timely to each and every issue and she is concerned about every issue that concerns us. Tia has been amazing since she has came over. I was skeptical about moving over here but , Tia assured me that I had no worries and since I signed my lease Tia has went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were meet . The neighbors speak about Beth a lot , not sure who she is but I from the sounds of it she’s not the one to talk to or go to for assistance. Any work orders I give to Tia , Willie the maintenance guy takes care of it immediately. 10sss across the board for Tia !!
