The new manager and the two workers are awesome. The property is only as good as the people who run it. This place used to be a ghosttown but now thriving. Its not perfect but its my home and been my home for the last 5 years. DOnt worry about the old bad reviews, this place has come to life in the last few months. We have only 3 worker for the whole 100+ apartments and they do what they can being so thin stretched. But they have my support to the fullest. The staff is actually what makes this place worth living. I never came across such a down to earth pleasant staff at all times. The little lady in the office is so helpful and pleasant she is not some one who is just all about the company she understands real life and try to help you navigate through hardships without just tossing you to the road. So everyone wants to know why the blinds are always closed and the the lights off in the office with Tia locked in the office.. But what I want to say is Tia you nor jazz are who I thought y'all were y'all not here for us y'all are here to take advantage of the situation. . Now I know why y'all rushed me out the office the day Jodie came but this maybe channel 2 news can help me see what the public has to say about the whole situation.
I just want to say that Ms. Beth is simply amazing‼️ She is always on the go around the apartment complex handling everything hands on. She makes sure everything is handled in an efficient manner without any wait time. We have never had anyone like her. She genuinely cares. She knows us by name. She speaks to all of us daily. She checks on us daily. Yet she respectfully does her job effectively. Ms. Beth is just a pure blessing to Acadian Place Apartments and it’s community of tenants.
When my mom and I first moved here I was scared because I had never lived in Baton Rouge before. However, after getting here and meeting Mrs. Beth and the other people that lived in the complex, I realized that this is an amazing place with very nice people here. Everyday Mrs. Beth speaks to me and asks how my day was and how my mom is doing being that she has health issues and sometimes is not well.
