ATTENTION PRESENT AND FUTURE VENDORS!!!! I've had my experience with this company and it's not great. Our company partnered with them to do cleaning. Now mind you the apartments are raggedy and ghetto as can be. The manager seems nice in the beginning however that was a front to get us to clean apartments but would not pay. The new management is doing a lot to get this apartment complex in great shape. It is a process for sure but the effort is real. Thanks Porshia for helping to make it a great place to rent.
I had the pleasure of working with Mrs Porsha at the leasing office. She made the whole process of me leasing and moving in very swift and easy. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She made sure that all my maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner, upon me moving in. It feels good to finally have a leasing manager that is always available to help you. I love the changes that she is implementing on the property.
